1. Cancellation of Services
Clients wishing to cancel any counseling or consultancy service must submit a cancellation request through our official email address or registered contact number.
Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the stage of the service already provided. Once any consultancy work has commenced, including but not limited to:
Profile evaluation
Admission counseling
College shortlisting
Document verification
Application assistance
Counseling registration
Seat guidance
Any customized advisory services
the request for cancellation may not be accepted.
Future Consultancy Services reserves the sole right to approve or decline cancellation requests after evaluating the work already completed.
2. Refund Policy
Unless expressly agreed in writing, all registration fees, counseling fees, consultancy charges, processing fees, and service charges paid to Future Consultancy Services are non-refundable once the requested service has been initiated.
Refund requests shall not be entertained under the following circumstances:
The candidate voluntarily withdraws from the counseling or admission process.
The candidate fails to submit the required documents or information within the stipulated timeline.
The candidate misses counseling rounds, reporting dates, or admission deadlines.
The candidate is declared ineligible by any counseling authority, university, college, or regulatory body.
Incorrect, incomplete, false, or misleading information has been provided by the candidate.
Admission is not secured due to merit, NEET rank, seat availability, reservation policies, counseling authority decisions, or changes in applicable rules and regulations.
Future Consultancy Services shall not be liable for any loss arising from the candidate’s personal decisions or external factors beyond our control.
3. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
In the event of a duplicate payment or an incorrect transaction caused by a technical error, the excess amount shall be refunded after successful verification of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–15 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
4. Admission Disclaimer
Future Consultancy Services provides professional guidance and consultancy services for admissions to medical and allied healthcare courses.
Admission decisions are made exclusively by the respective counseling authorities, universities, colleges, regulatory bodies, and government agencies based on:
Merit and NEET rank
Seat availability
Reservation policies
Eligibility criteria
Applicable counseling regulations
Institutional policies
Accordingly, Future Consultancy Services does not guarantee:
Admission to any specific college or university
Admission to a preferred course or branch
Seat allotment in any counseling round
Scholarships or financial assistance
Any specific counseling or admission outcome
5. Limitation of Liability
Future Consultancy Services shall not be held responsible for any delay, rejection, cancellation, seat non-allotment, policy changes, technical failures, government notifications, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific consultancy service, subject to this Policy and applicable laws.
6. Policy Amendments
Future Consultancy Services reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any amendments shall become effective immediately upon publication on our official website.
